Abies Apartment (Zemun, Belgrade, Serbia) is responsible for the personal data you send through this website. Contact: info@abies-apartment.com.

What we collect: your name, email address, phone number, number of guests, travel dates and your message — only when you send a booking request.

Why: to handle your booking request, to communicate with you about your stay and to meet legal obligations for registering guests.

How long: requests that were not confirmed are deleted within 12 months. Data about confirmed stays is kept for up to 2 years after the stay, or longer where the law requires it.

Who processes it: we do not share your data for marketing. Technical providers process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Resend (sending emails).

Cookies: this website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The booking form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to info@abies-apartment.com. You can also file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
